White-Label Web Design for Agencies

Your client expects a custom site. Your design bench is booked, or you never had one. Backline designs and builds WordPress sites that go out under your agency’s name, from first Figma frame to launch day. You present the work. We stay behind the curtain.

Web Design Built for Agency Workflows

Two ways to work with us, depending on what your agency has in-house:

You have designers. Your team builds the creative in Figma and hands us the files. We build it out pixel-perfect in Elementor, Divi, Beaver Builder, or whatever builder fits the project, responsive at every breakpoint.

You don’t have designers. We run the full creative: discovery, Figma design, revisions, then the build. Your agency presents each round to the client as its own work.

Either way, the deliverable is the same: a custom WordPress site your client believes your agency made. Because for all practical purposes, it did.

We Understand What Agencies Actually Need

A white-label partner is only useful if the work holds up under your client’s logo and your reputation. We know a website does nothing for your client if it looks pretty but doesn’t convert, and it does nothing for your agency if it ships late. Our designs are built around the client’s audience, the brand guidelines you hand us, and the deadline you committed to.

What Your Agency Gets From a Backline Design

A Stronger Client Relationship

Your client gets a site that converts: intuitive navigation, strategic calls-to-action, fast load times, and accessibility baked in. They credit your agency. That trust is what renews retainers.

A Beautiful Website

Visually striking and purpose-driven, with every color, font, and layout choice tied to the brand. From the first Figma mockup to the final build, the design holds together because the same team carries it end to end.

Better SEO

Every site ships with clean code, fast load times, proper heading structure, and on-page fundamentals in place. If your agency sells SEO, we hand you a site that’s ready for your strategy instead of one you have to fix first.

Room to Grow

Built on WordPress with Advanced Custom Fields and editable layouts, so your client’s site scales with their business and your team can make content updates without calling a developer. Unless you want us to do that too.

Brief & Kickoff

You send the brief, brand assets, and deadline. We scope it, quote it fixed-fee, and kick off once you sign. One point of contact on our side from day one.

Design in Figma

Our designers build the creative in Figma, or we pick up the Figma files your designers already made. Every page, every breakpoint.

You Present, We Revise

You take the design to your client under your brand. Feedback comes back through you, and we turn revisions around until it’s approved.

We Build on Staging

The approved design gets built on a private staging site in your client’s builder of choice. Nothing touches the live domain until it’s ready.

Final Approval & Launch

Your client signs off, we launch, and the site lands on hosting we manage from then on if you want it under our care.
